At Owl we like to keep things simple. Here is our flight path:

Tell us about your event including the date, type of event, # of guests, budget, and any additional details that are important for us to know.


Let’s meet! We love to meet with new clients to make sure we are the right fit for you.  We charge a consultation fee that is credited to you should you choose Owl to transcend your event.


You love us!…and want us to provide you with event planning services. We meet to review the details, sign a contract, and you provide us with a 50% deposit.


Your Special Day is here and you and your guests have a magical experience. You don’t need to worry about your event after this because you have been informed the whole time and paid in full already.


Let’s keep in touch! We are not very good at saying good-bye since we have shared in such a special day with you. So we like to stay connected with our customers through newsletters, email, and Special Owl Offerings.
